Yes. The data that populates the dashboard is pulled from your spreadsheets and all of the practice and clinician information is provided by you (and your clinicians) and added to the dashboard during the setup process.
The dashboard pulls information from spreadsheets where the data is manually entered. For the majority of practices, this is data you are already entering in one form or another, and so it will just be a matter of potentially entering it into a different spreadsheet or perhaps you’ll be asked to enter some different data points than you were previously - but that just means you’ll get even more information and context for your data to help drive your decisions. - It also means that you’ll potentially need less spreadsheets or piles of papers full of data once the process is complete, too.
Currently, TheraBrain does not integrate with any EHRs, because most EHR’s have closed APIs, which means they don’t allow outside platforms to access their data. We are exploring ways to build connections with EHR’s but the advantage to not having an integration with a specific individual EHR is that TheraBrain can be EHR agnostic. This means TheraBrain will be able to better serve you should you ever decide to transfer to another EHR system, and that it will remain widely available to other providers.
Data drives decisions. Good data helps us as business owners to make objective decisions about where to apply our resources for the best return. Data comparisons and trends can also help us predict the future and make strong decisions about what to keep doing and what to change. Are you confident in your assessment of your conversion rates from the initial inquiry? Do you know if the majority of your inquiries come from advertising or personal referrals? Without clear data, everything is a guessing game, and that’s a stressful and inefficient way to run a business. TheraBrain removes the guesswork, and gives you a solid foundation of data to help you run your business with ease and efficiency.
TheraBrain could be used by a solo practice owner, but we think it might be overkill. At least 25% of the functionality of the dashboard is based on data from multiple clinicians. But if you’re planning to expand into a group practice within the next year, it could make sense for you to get started with TheraBrain now so that you can see the impact that each additional clinician makes and to help guide your decision-making in terms of what types of clinicians to add and how to adjust your marketing to support those clinicians. If you are a solo practitioner, but see value in TheraBrain, we encourage you to set up a discovery call with our Director of Client Experience to talk more about when it might make the most sense to start a TheraBrain subscription.
You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice and you will get to keep all of your data sources, but you will lose access to the actual dashboard once your subscription has ended.
NO. We’re obsessed with HIPAA Compliance and so there is no opportunity for a client’s PHI to be visualized on the dashboard.
ThereBrain is a subscription model with a one time set-up fee. For the Beta version you pay $59/month with a $295 set-up fee. Pricing may or may not change once Beta has ended and we’ve finalized any improvements or additional features. You can pay monthly or annually, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
The setup fee covers the time for us to customize your dashboard for your practice’s information, as well as a zoom meeting where we will provide a brief training for anyone in your practice who will be using TheraBrain. TheraBrain is very easy to use, and the training will be little more than a quick overview of the spreadsheets you will be using to collect data and a quick tutorial on how to navigate through the dashboard.
